1. Multiple accounts... All non-donators can have ONE and only ONE account. People who have one donating account may have two accounts. People with 3 donating accounts can have three accounts. All accounts exceeding the limit will be deleted. If you have multiple accounts they must be played separately.
2. Gross misconduct in chat, i.e. sexual harassment, racism, bullying or general abuse will result in a warning as well as 7 days of jail time, depending on the severity of the offence... If you repeat the offence you will be jailed for 30 days, or more depending on severity of the offence. Your account will be deleted if you re-offend a third time. 3. Mild misconduct, including spamming, in chat or on the boards, will result in receiving a warning or fine of 250,000 kerpsels depending on severity, plus chat and board ban for 5 days. 4. Flaming( bad mouthing ) of staff in chat or boards will result in a warning or fine of 500,000 kerpels depending on severity, plus both a chat & message board ban for 5 days. 5. Advertising other games without the permission of the game owner, will get your post deleted, plus a fine of 500,000 kerpels, repeat offenders will be jailed for 7 days, any further offence will get you jailed pending a Chiefs' decision and possible deletion. 6. An offensive signature or avatar will instantly be deleted plus a fine of 500,000 kerpels will be given, repeat offenses may receive a more severe punishment. 7. Using a wrongly sized signature or image, will result in the offender being notified by frog mail to delete or resize the image or sig within 2 days, if the player ignores the request to delete or amend/resize the sag or image a board moderator will delete it. If the player repeat offends you will receive an instant fine of up to 10 million kerpels. SIGNATURE WIDTHS SHOULD BE NO MORE THAN 620 PIXELS! 8. Filing a false crime report will get the offender a warning. Your second offence will result in being jailed for 7 days. 9. Asset transfers to multi accounts are illegal! Anyone found doing this will result in both of their accounts being jailed for 30 days, further offenses will be left to the discretion of a Chief Officer, and your multi account may be deleted as a result. 10. Do not log in to someone elses account. Players found guilty will be jailed for 30 days and may get deleted. 11. You can not sell an account; this will result in the instant deletion of the account. Permission from an officer or higher negates this rule. 12. You cannot give an account away; giving an account away will result in instant deletion of your account/accounts. Babysitting an account is prohibited, the player MUST put their frog into vacation mode if they'll be away for any length of time to keep the account from being deleted...in the event of this happening both the players' account and the account they are babysitting will be jailed pending a Chiefs decision of penalty. 14. If you notice your account has been tampered with, e.g. stat or money change, or any other abnormality to your account, report it to an officer immediately! If you do not report it, you will be treated the same as any other hacker/bug abuser. 15. If you receive random amounts of money, you must report this to an officer, failure to do so will result in jailing. 16. Abusing bugs will result in the offender being jailed for 30 days, everything gained by bug will be deleted, and further offences are treated at the discretion of a Chief Officer depending on the severity of the offence. 17. Hacking any software, hardware, or data pertaining to FL will result in an instant deletion of your account accompanied by an IP ban. You will also face the full extent of the law. 18. Mild misconduct of staff will result in a warning plus possible fine of up to 10 million kerpels. 19. Gross misconduct of staff will result in instant dismissal, plus jail for 30 days, further penalties will be up to the discretion of a Chief Officer. 20. Being a threat. A player may be considered a threat to the game by constantly causing other members to quit, by being unacceptably annoying, spreading slander, etc. Depending on how threatening the player is to the game, the consequence for this can result in anything from a small fine of 250,000 kerpels to deletion and IP ban. Communication: Post only messages that would be considered inoffensive to a mature community. If you are uncertain, ASK before you post it. If these rules are abused, this privilege will be removed.
