| Section 1- Privacy Policy: |
| All information we receive from signups will not be disclosed to any corporation or organization outside of Frog Life. However, conspicuous links (banner advertisements during gameplay) will be displayed from a third-party and information may be collected for this purpose. |
| Section 2- Shutdown Policy: |
| The head of Frog Life has legal rights to shut down the game at any time. All registrants will not be refunded, yet donation information will remain in our databases for when the game returns. If the game does not return, all registrants will be notified by email, but there will be no refunds. |
| Section 3- Payment Policy: |
| All payments will be delivered through approved services. If you have a problem contact owner@frog-life.com and we will do our best to solve it. In the case of fraudulent credit cards do not try to complain because if you used a fraudulent credit card you not getting your order placed was intentional. If we do not receive your money, we will not place your order and you will not get a refund. You send at your own risk. If you donate electronically and perform a chargeback, your account will be locked and you will be banned from the site until you pay a fee of $50 US. |
| Section 4- FL Property: |
| Anything that is made for FL (Frog Life) is the property of the sole game owner. However creators (if clear) will still get proper credit. If anyone makes something for FL and then doesn't want FL to use it they can take no action and it is only up to the owner of FL if he wants to use that particular creation. If your work is being used in FL and you never intended it to be used for FL, then contact owner@frog-life.com to have it removed. |
| Section 5- Accounts: |
| All accounts if erased from game from cheating or any reason will not be refunded. Under no circumstances will anyone get a refund after sending in money to Frog Life. Some accounts may be restored but there is no guarantee that if your account is erased that you will have it restored. |
| Section 6- Hacking: |
| If caught hacking you will be punished. Do not attempt to hack the servers, accounts, or anything associated with FL. |
| Section 7- Disclaimer: |
| Any names or events portrayed herein are fictional. Any resemblance to actual situations and/or persons is entirely coincidental. |
| Section 8- Liability: |
| FL holds no responsbility to any damages the site may cause you in terms of server viruses, bugs, and/or other harmful components in the site. FL does not guarantee the correction of errors and also does not guarantee the security of your account's information (i.e. if it's lost it may not be restored). FL offers no warranties of any kind and therefore, YOU are responsible for all damages the site may have caused and NOT FL. |
